CSA Loom ships two 5-day Cloud Center of Excellence workshops day-one (per AMENDMENTS §A12 / OQ-13):

  • 5-Day Federal CoE Workshop

    For federal civilian agencies, DoD components, intelligence community, state + local government, federal contractors (CMMC L2/L3, ITAR). FedRAMP / IL4 / IL5 emphasis.

  • 5-Day Commercial CoE Workshop

    For regulated commercial verticals waiting for Fabric Gov — healthcare (HIPAA), regional banks (sovereignty), pharma (FDA Part 11), defense industrial base. Commercial Azure boundary.

Common structure

Both workshops follow the same 5-day shape:

By end of day 5: - A working CSA Loom Admin Plane + 1 DLZ in customer's Azure subscription - One real workload migrated / piloted on Loom - An Activator rule firing into Teams - A Data Agent answering questions - Documented CoE charter (governance, naming, RBAC, capacity, costs, operations) - Forward-migration plan to Fabric - Trained customer team capable of operating Loom independently
